Anakin Skywalker will not become Darth Vader. Not yet, anyway. Padmé saved him from a lifetime of regret by pulling him out of the fateful battle between Mace Windu and Chancellor Palpatine. But at some point, he still has to decide if his heart lies with the Jedi or the Sith. Palpatine, undeterred by the loss of his potential apprentice, still devises a way to create the Empire and wipe out the vast majority of the Jedi. He sends various threats directly to Anakin and Padmé to convince them that they and their newborn children are in danger. Fearing for their safety, they split. For years, Anakin and Leia wander throughout the galaxy, dodging the Empire and searching for a greater purpose. Meanwhile, Padmé raises Luke while working with Bail Organa and Mon Mothma to lead the fight against the oppressive Galactic Empire. Anakin is constantly tempted by the Dark Side. Padmé struggles to help the Rebels succeed. Their children mean everything to both of them. The story also features other characters we all know and love, such as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka Tano, Han Solo, and Boba Fett. Most of the story takes place 7 years after Revenge of the Sith. Please note that I would never change the canon; this story is intended to explore what could have happened, not what should have happened. OCs are used very sparingly. Thanks for reading! She'd lived through all of it, all because she'd ignored and hidden one of the most important things about her. The war was over, the Rebellion had won, the Empire was gone. So why was she still struggling to find where she fit in the mix of it? She was a Jedi. Where did a Jedi fit into a galaxy that hadn't seen one for nearly thirty years? ~In Norse mythology, a valkyrie is one of a host of female figures who choose those who may die in battle and those who may live. Valkyries also appear as women with tremendous beauty, lovers of heroes and other mortals, where they are sometimes described as the daughters of royalty. ~ After hearing of a weapon of mass destruction that was falling into the wrong hands on one of the Republic's planets, Obi-Wan Kenobi and his former padawan Anakin Skywalker are sent to Valeria to restore peace on the former quiet and peacefull planet. It is only after they capture the rebel's leader, a woman called Lyanna, that they discover that there is much more behind the so called 'civil war'. Some reviews: This is heartbreakingly beautiful. I love every part of this story, from the descriptions to the references. It's humorous and dramatic, tragic and fiery. I love this story so much oh my god 🥺 this story is so different than your usual fanfiction in all the best ways- the heroine is strong and can take care of herself, but she has flaws and she's not a mary sue. A developed world besides just the stuff shown in the story, complicated and memorable characters, beautiful writing, this story is just the best <3 Y e s No other words can describe this book because I'd have to use them all (Not your basic "love at first sight" story where there is no or rarely a mention of the Jedi's rules and Obi-Wan's commitment to them. (Because let's be honest here, it's almost impossible to make him ignore the rules) Plus, besides the romance, there is much more in this story and an actual plotline. The Secret Apprentice | Vader x OC
#6 in #DarthVader (6/20/24) This story will not be a straight forward romance journey, as Vader is a dynamically difficult character. I intend to keep him as in-character as I possibly can, meaning this story will not be all butterflies and rainbows. There will be abuse in many forms, as he will not be one to easily open himself to anybody else other than Padme. If you expect a happy story, this is not for you. Reina is one of two daughters who happen to be descendants of the galaxy's most successful family of engineers, the Vondars. A bumpy beginning to her life had led her and her sister, Sabel, into a life of slavery upon the planet Geonosis. Upon being discovered by the Empire, her seemly-infinite skillset with construction, ability to repair mechanics in near record timing, and overall usefulness to the developing Death Star attracts the attention of none other than Darth Vader himself. The two inseparable siblings are ripped apart from one another, their dream of joining the rebellion together dies alongside what Reina thought she knew about her own past. Beyond anyone's control, Reina grew to resent the man who gave her a new meaning in life. Her hatred for him entangled with Vader's own for her, the two of them craving nothing more than to feel the other's blood on their hands. Despite this hatred, an unexpected twist of desire arose between the two. The fear of love that had been buried deep within their own seething hatred eventually began to expose itself. Will Vader allow himself to continue holding onto the past, allow the fear of potentially losing somebody else continue to push her away? Or will he give in and protect her in ways he was unable to with Padmé. This story will be as close to canon as I can possibly make it, and Vader will still have to rely on his suit to breathe. Luckily, she ran away into the night of Tatooine. She eventually was saved and raised by Tusken Raiders in the Tanvai tribe and became daughter of the chief. What lies ahead for her has something to do with Darth Maul and the Sith.
