**This is a fanfiction based in the world of The Heirs TV from Korea set the year after the events from the previous year.**

Jung Ho Sook was born into a wealthy and well to do family in Korea. Her mother was the heir to a conglomerate while her father was a police officer rising fast through the ranks well on his way to becoming the chief of police. His end goal in sight to becoming the next Chief Justice.

However, since the death of her mother many year prior, she lives exclusively with her father Jung Han-Bin. Many suspicious things surround this family. The odd dynamic between this father and daughter duo and the distance the daughter maintains from the public eye.

After spending a few years over seas in America, Ho sook is back in Korea for her final year of high school. Due to her father and deceased mother's connections, she is easily granted a spot in the very prestigious Jeguk High.

However, her transfer back into the Korean world brings surprises that neither Ho Sook nor her father could have anticipated. Everything starts to change upon meeting a fellow classmate, Choi Young Do. Soon the dark secrets of the Jung family start to try and seep out of the cracks as Han Bin tries to tighten his hold on his wayward daughter.

Can Ho Sook keep the world, her friends, and Young Do from discovering the dark secrets she has hidden since she was a child? Or will the presence of Young Do finally break through the tough exterior of Ho Sook to reveal the surprisingly fragile young woman underneath?
