Hahahahaha!!! You thought it was over!! Gotcha! Alexis Marie Barns is the daughter of Rosemary and Aden. She is almost sixteen and her parents are really over protective! She feels smothered, and untrusted. Alexis only wants to have friends, and have a boyfriend like everyone else. But with her family name well known everywhere she goes, people assume she will be raped as well. Alexis doesn't believe that it will happen to her--that her mom and grandma were just unlucky. With her parents trying to rule every second of her life, Alexis only wants to get away. Rule her own life. After all, not all family traditions get carried on. Alexis isn't stupid, she knows it's possible. But she thinks it won't happen. When someone--a guy--steps into Alexis's life, Alexis gets happy. He's nice to her, sweet, and understanding. But when her parents find out, they interrogate him to make sure he won't hurt their little girl. But Alexis just doesn't understand why everyone and everything in her life, has to be in theirs.
