Shylocke an Exo looks down at Uldren "so this was your sick plan. Kill Cayde-6 then come here with a traveler shard. This is the end game a round to the head." I Grin as Petra Venj entered the room and aims at Uldren as he just leans up and looks at me "you have his gun. You get the final say." I chuckle and slowly everything around me goes dark as I take the shot. Straight through this fucks head. "I put on Cayde's cloak then turn and slowly walk out. I stop and glance at Petra "clean up is your job good luck" I leave the room as Petra looks at me then mutters to herself "we avenged Cayde now to keep this all sealed away"

The valorant protocol, an elite group of the best humanity has to offer. Consisting of humans and radiant's alike, they are the forefront of earth's defence to stop threats both in world... and out. A second universe (dubbed earth 2) has opened a portal to invade and pillage Earth 1 of all its radianite without regard for the devestation they bring, leaving earth 1 to suffer the loss of its leading energy source. Earth 2, a world in which radiants revolted and overthrew the humans. Those who were slaughtered were considered lucky to the resistance as the alternative was to be forcefully converted to radiants through a process only known by the highest of the radiants. The resistance was a group of humans (lead by commander brimstone) that fought back against the radiants but, unfortunately, they were snuffed out until all that remained was a small group consisting of 5 humans and a robot specifically made to combat the unnatural power of radiants. In an effort to stop the radiants plans of invading another dimension, this group attacked the portal site in hopes of shutting the gateway down. However... they failed. Among his fallen team, y/n glared at the leader of the radiants as he sat bleeding out in the dirt. "Look me in the eyes human. Suddenly, the bag was removed, and a bright light was shined into my eyes. Instinctively, they shut to prevent blindness. Eventually, I squinted to see what was in front of me. There sat a figure with their hands together. By the looks, it seemed to be a woman. At her side were two men armed to the teeth. I glanced at the lady's bodyguards. Obviously they were recruits. Then the lady spoke. Lady:"Greetings." I remained silent. Lady:"You don't have to say anything. Just listen." She placed a tablet on the table. The screen turned on to reveal several images. Lady:"I'm here to make you a deal. Work for me, and my people will help you reach your goals." I continued to remain silent. She sighed and then tapped the screen. It revealed another image that interested me greatly. Lady:"This will be apart of the deal too." She pulled out a paper and pen. Lady:"Sign here." I broke free of my cuffs. The guards gasped in shock. I picked up the pen and signed my name. Then I sat back. The lady sat back and put her hands together. Lady:"Welcome to Team Rainbow, Heaven's Reaper." My obsession towards Destiny, and adoration towards the "Chronicles of a Warlock" series by @bad-juju inspired me to write my own fanfiction, and I'm pretty happy with how it all turned out. I own most of the characters in this story but not the entire story (story belongs to Bungie), except a few sections of it. A Destiny 2 fanfiction. Part 1: New Light. When the Traveler arrived, a spherical deity with paracausal powers known as the Light, humanity prospered and thrived. Their lifespans tripled and they expanded their civilization amongst the stars and to other planets. This was known as the Golden Age until an ancient evil known as the Darkness that hunted the Traveler finally found it in our solar system. The Hunters scout out terrain, reclaim Dead Zones, and are the eyes and ears of the City- the Warlocks research the secrets of the fundamental ideas of the Darkness, predict future events, and enthrall themselves in the workings of the Light to understand it and to find new ways to work it into the Guardians arsenal- and finally, the Titans, Defenders of the Last City, and the burning lights of hope in the shadows.
