The US is at war. Russian Communists have risen out of nowhere and attacked the US on our own soil. Within 5 days of the first attack wave, 25 million Americans are dead. The US has employed all of their Special Forces units against the threat, but nothing has held the Russians off so far.
Sergeant Gerard "Bullets" Way is the commander of the US Army's Special Forces Deltas. His squadmembers are Sergeant Frank "Revenge" Iero, a sniping expert; Sergeant Ray "Danger" Toro, a heavy weapons specialist; and Corporal Michael "Black Parade" Way, Gerard's younger brother and a stealth fighter. Together, they must find a way to stop the Russians, by any means necessary.

This is based in 2019 when the apocalypse is in full swing. Oceans have dried and rain has stopped falling. In the midst of things, a twenty one year old boy, Gerard, is left struggling to keep his younger brother, Mikey, and himself alive. They've made enemies along the way as every human encounter turns sour. The biggest threat to the boys is the notorious company, Better Living Industries. They have taken over every city left in the ruins of planet earth and attempted to kill some of the last human beings on earth. Little does Gerard know that he will soon become part of a rebel gang that fights their way through the vampires, exterminators, and the undead. Specialist (E-4) Johnathon Bomber is a member of 2/19th Special Weapons Group and the assistant squad leader of the team in charge of FSTS-317 AKA Atlas. Less than 12 hours ago Atlas suffered a massive munitions detonation that destroyed two bunkers and scattered damaged ammunition over the fifteen square mile clandestine site. Wounded was his squad leader, Corporal Stillwater, who is unconscious and recovering from surgery, Nancy Nagle, who had been injured by a thermobaric blast, and PFC Cromwell, who had been shot through the abdomen by a Soviet soldier. That leaves him in charge of a squad that has less than a half dozen members left out of almost 30, all of them wounded to one extant or the other, some, like Stillwater, should be in an ICU. He has to keep them all alive, and figure out what is next for the site and the crew of Atlas. However, the new Section Sergeant has decided to stay at Atlas and hold command, Group has sent reinforcements that are unfamiliar with the deadly atmosphere of Atlas, radiation and chemical levels are rising, and other people have plans for Atlas. It's going to be all John Bomber can do to struggle through everything Atlas is throwing at him. And when the CIA gets involved, everything is suddenly put in doubt.Complet
