Percy Jackson is betrayed before he's downright murdered. His body is left in the forest for the monsters, but a certain god finds him, and then his body is never seen again. 

And now a legend is spreading among the newer campers, a legend of Hephaestus' champion, a Clockwork Soldier.

When the gods and campers run him out of camp, and there is nowhere left for him to go, he ask for death, but before Zeus can comply Chaos steps in and ask poseidon if those that still believe Percy if they would like to adopt percy and give him there blessings and then chaos ask if him and his family could adopt percy and give him their blessings.
