Based on the classic story "Journey to the West", set in an alternate post-apocalyptic future.

With her parents murdered and her brother abducted, a trainee Monk of the Gun pursues the one responsible, the Bull Demon King, undefeated Warlord of the Crimson Army.

Struggling to track down her enemy while braving the dangers of the wilds, she enlists the help of Sun Wukong, but 500 years under a mountain have taken its toll on him. Unstable and weakened, will he be more hindrance than help? Can he become the warrior he once was?

A Monk and a Monkey journey across a world...
... where the remnants of technology are seen as magic, while pockets of humanity strive to drag themselves out of ignorance.
... where the descendants of animal-human hybrids, once created as instruments of war, now seek to dominate the world as demons.
... where beings who call themselves Immortals and Gods preoccupy themselves with selfish pastimes, ignoring everything else. 

Amongst other things, a story about growth, grit, and being better than the person you were yesterday.

He and his allies have been through so many adventures during their 'Journey to the West'. During their journey, he and his allies had to separate the Samatti Fire since it was too destructive to contain. Monkey King, Nezha, DBK and (Y/N) have helped Tripitaka seal away the Fire into three rings so humanity can NEVER find those rings. After sealing away the Samatti Fire, Monkey King and DBK fought an all out battle. With the 'Great Sage' ending up in victory. When the Monkey King defeated and sealed away the Demon Bull King under a mountain. He suddenly disappeared without leaving a trace. During his sudden disappearance, a beautiful woman who is called a deity and a goddess arrived on earth to save the planet from a demon that was about to destroy the whole world, even though they were already defeated by Sun Wukong before. The Goddess was soon named the Goddess of Balance. The one that can control the skies, seas, weather and anything that can be changed and reverted back to its balanced state. The Goddess defeated the demon with her powers and sealed away the destructive demon in a place where it can never be found nor freed. And suddenly, Goddess also disappeared like the Monkey King without a trace as the humans worshiped for saving their planet and hoping that she and the Monkey King appear again.

One day, I was walking home, and that's when I saw a child in the middle of the street, about to be hit by a truck. So, I pushed the kid out of the way, and I died. I thought I would stay dead, but I woke up as the Six-Eared Y/n, and in the LMK world, we'll, the I first woke up in the part where the Brotherhood is about to attack the Celestial Realm, but I didn't have a say in when I got reincarnated. Of course, no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't escape my fate, and I just had to go and fall in love with Sun Wukong. Even after everything that happened, I started to trust again, and I finally learned how to love.
