This is a purely imaginary fanfic. I mean no disrespect to the real individuals upon whom this short story is based. All actions and thoughts ascribed to the characters are purely made up, though they take inspiration from real events. 

The story is based upon what I imagine transpired between Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh at the very beginning of their relationship. I have great admiration and respect for both as individuals and as a couple. 

I would definitely be mortified if the real Deepika and Ranveer were to ever read this. Like I said, while the characters in this story take inspiration from them, they are in no way equivalent to the real people they are based on. I thought long and hard about posting this. It is another story based off of what we know about the real actors, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. I want to stress again that while incidents have been taken from their lives, everything I write is totally my imagination. I've thought for a while about why I like writing stories based on them so much. I think it is because they are such different people, yet they complement each other so beautifully. They seem to genuinely care about each other, and as a silent spectator to their public love story, I often find myself wondering about the ways they might have worked through their differences. Plus no one can deny their sheer chemistry. Please take everything written with a large spoonful of salt. I make no claims to know or represent anything real about Deepika or Ranveer. I respect both of them greatly as individuals, and anything I write is purely in the spirit of an affectionate tribute, nothing more. So, with that disclaimer in mind, I hope you like this story. P.S. Thank you to @deepveerian for encouraging me to write and giving me the confidence to post.

Her brother abandoned her with her parents who hate her when she was ten, she only has two friends, and her boyfriend cheated on her. Everything is falling apart. But after she found out her boyfriend was cheating, she ran away to the Dark Forest. Her only friends, Tyla Grant and Enna Grace followed her. Something happened that changed their lives.

This is unrelated to the show, though as I write this, I am absolutely inspired by the characters and bits and parts of the story-line. This is a short piece of pure fluffy sweetness. I began writing it at a time when life was complicated and wearying and I needed an escape. It's based on one of my favourite film couples, but again, I've deliberately chosen not to give any names. So feel free to imagine whomever you want. The story is nothing complex, just an exploration of two people in a committed relationship with a language and rituals of their own, being at home with each other. Joy and laughter, fun and ease. A final note: This story has sex scenes. If you are below the age of eighteen or if that is not your cup of tea, please don't read it. I could attempt to take the scenes out, but that would ruin the structure and flavour of the story. So I'm leaving them in and leaving it up to you, the reader, to decide whether you want to read them or not.

The idea of this story began many months ago when I watched the IIFA Madrid interview of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh where he more or less just stares at her for the whole ten or so minutes. All events, dialogues and emotions are entirely fictional. The story is based on Ranveer and Deepika, but their characters in it are entirely my own imagination. They have nothing to do with the real people the story is based on. Please respect the privacy of the people involved in this story. I've held off on publishing this for months because I was afraid it was too personal to make public. I'm publishing it now more in the spirit of a tribute to two of my favourite actors than anything else. Please read it accordingly.
