Years after a Fighting Chance, The cybertronians withdrew from earth after their victory against the decepticons which saw the removal of any alien military forces and materials present on the planet.
Before leaving, Optimus made a deal with all the earth nations that no human may use energon or any other cybertronian material for their own purpose.
However a Massive corporation went behind the bots' backs and began using energon to maneufacture drugs and many other sorts of nasty stuff. In the end, Bumblebee and Jazz were sent to earth to investigate this.
Along the way, The company moved into Metro city and bumped into the lives of the infamous local heroes.
Also, They made contact with two brilliant female streetfighters.
In the end, They have to team up against the corporation to stop it's evil deeds.

Following the defeat of Bill Cipher and the Legion of Dominance Doom and the restoration of peace to the Multiverse, the Multiverse Defenders are enjoying a peaceful celebration of victory in the multiverse-wide metropolis city of Free World City, where all people come together and known for its urban life and modern technology. But their peaceful celebration will be soon disrupted by a new danger, and things take turn for the worse when a new group of villains led by Miles Axlerod and Professor Zündapp plans a conspiracy to sabotage the security of the city and wipe out the heroes for good with their new dangerous weapon. The recently elected Mayor Cad of the multiverse city, seemingly a figure of hope, harbors a sinister agenda. Unbeknownst to the public, Cad collaborates with the villains, seeking revenge against the Multiverse Defenders. His true motive is to create turmoil and consolidate power by assisting the villains in their quest for retribution. He finds that he can't escape within the confines of his processors, as unknown memories flood him and his recharging hours are filled with nightmares. Where did these memories come from? Why was he seeing these nightmares?
