Emily Drafts is known to be one of the most famous chocolate tasters in the world. Her story is worth sharing. Me, her personal asst., thought the world should probably know- that even though Emily is famous and rich, she, too, faces the problems anyone would.
Just because a person you see in the news papers or on the T.V. seem to have a life worth fighting for- let you be warned, it doesn't appear so... and this was the lesson learned by two people I have come to know- one, who was at the top and the other, who started from scratch and reached the top.
Both having many similarities, the former found comfort in the latter, and each was to learn a lot from the other. I, always by the side of the former, have observed quite a lot to say that - I had never seen the art of tasting and power-balance mastered so perfectly... or as I thought to be- "Without a flaw".
