Godless Gods

The Gods are getting sick. Rea thought at first that the God of Life was only sick in the head again, going through another melancholic episode after the death of the prostitute who lived with them. Then the diety Oa, one of his two reasons for being in that world began coughing, and he realized something for worse was amiss. It was never Rea's job, as a minor deity, to be in charge of anything. He only wanted the sweet taste of paopob fruit and the impossibly sweeter taste of Oa, but with the cough and the looming deaths of all the Gods, his job became saving the world from someone with darker intentions.
