Jughead Jones is in a terrible motorcycle accident on his way to see his girl best friend, Betty Cooper. He is thrown into a coma and put on life support in the hospital. Betty stays with him day and night while he is in the hospital and spills her secret feelings towards him while she still has a chance. Will Jughead survive and finally hear Betty's truth? Or will the doctor's have to pull the plug on the machine keeping him alive?
