The Hunter, one of the continent's deadliest assassins, has been caught. The Hunter, however, has a secret that he will risk his life to keep, because The Hunter is a Huntress. And SHE has been tricked.
When given the choice to work for the King or be publicly unmasked and executed, The Hunter signs a five year contract to work for the King. For her first mission she and a group of three of the King's finest soldiers must enter the desolate mountains in the north and battle their way through the freezing conditions to track down answers to a well guarded secret from a tribe that has a history to be very bloodthirsty. Upon receiving the answers, The Hunter gets more than she bargains for as an ancient, long-forgotten prophecy is unearthed. The Hunter's identity is more important than anyone initially thought, but now the world is watching her and she must guard her secret with her life. But, she is a part of something much bigger than her very existence.
A plot that has more twists than a spiral and more secrets than the government.
