My name was Ashton Hunter, last knight of the realm of men, the final sword raised against the tide. For ten long years I fought a war humanity could never win. I watched cities crumble into ash, comrades buried beneath burning skies, and the laughter of demons drown the screams of the innocent.

The gods never showed.
They only watched.

It was we who died, soldiers, healers, children. Humanity itself bled out beneath the feet of monsters. And still I fought, because someone had to. Because even if the world was lost, I refused to let it die without defiance.
