Saionji Sayaka, after making a deal with a goddess in order to save a man she fell for, forsook her reality to enter in to Hakuouki's Edo Period as pureblood demon. Determined to save as many of the men as she can, she came prepared with notes and a plan. But facing the tragedies of the Shinsengumi firsthand is something no amount of secondhand knowledge could have prepared her emotions for. Can she give them even half of the happily ever after she dreams of?
