There were many things I didn't understand. LIke why we had to move halfway across the world, yes the world, and I had to start going to a new school a month into the year, and basically just start a new life. But my dad got a new job and I guess that's just the way it goes. I made a couple of friends, Olivia and Andrea, and a couple of boys they knew. But from the moment I saw him, I knew. I had never felt that way before. And I knew he was dangerous, but I couldn't resist him...temptation is so friendly.

They were trouble. You could just tell by looking at them. They didn't talk to anybody, besides others in the group and people in our school spread stories about them all the time. They were intriguing and we all wanted to be apart of them. But of course, they weren't exactly open to letting others in. Overtime peoples wanting to be apart of them lessened or went away all together. But mine never did and I knew exactly why. It was her. The way she held herself and the mystery of what not only they held but what she held to. I figured it would just be an infatuation from afar. But oh how I was wrong.

I honestly didn't realize how broken I was. I just figured that if I shut all my feelings out that they would go away. They didn't. They came back strong as ever. And I did the worst thing that I could do. I let my feelings get the best of me. My daddy told me to never let anyone walk over me. And yet that is exactly what everybody does. It's like he knew that this was gonna happen like he wanted me to be prepared. Too bad I didn't listen. And now no one's here to help me. And then the new kid comes along. Jake Johnson. He caught my eye the first time I saw him. I can look at him and tell that he had a story. And I wanted to know it. He helped me in a way that I thought nobody else could. He was there for me when no one else was . Now it's my turn, to be there for him. I will not let my feelings or emotions get in the way of me helping someone that I love. Brush my teeth, get dressed, go to school and do homework. That's what my life was about, occasionally going to parties. But when a new kid comes to school and turns your world upside down, your best friend turning into your enemy. And me, turning into something that isn't exactly human. Things could get pretty strange. Especially with a life like mine. It would take a lot of work to actually survive, but to live at the same time is just exhausting. But it's all worth it. I can now call my life one word: Unpredictable.
