What happen's when Korie Hill is bullied at school? Told she's worthless, and is left by a boy who promised her the world and that she told all her secrets too? Korie Hill is a bright smiling 9th grader at Westword High-School. Mid-way through the year everything starts going wrong, She start cutting and starving herself. It isn't long before the 15 year old track star who was 113 pounds of pure mussel to 87 pounds of skin and bone, but no one notices. Her smiling smile starts becoming rarer and rarer and is soon completly replaced by a fake smile that doesn't carry to her eyes. No one notices the cuts on her thighs, because she stops wearing shorts, and no one notices the scars on her arms because her sleeves now carry down her arms. So when the "smiling bright girl, who couldn't be beat" is found on the bathroom floor with a razor in her hand, and a pill bottle on the bathroom sink. Everyone is shocked, but being shocked doesn't mean she's going to wake-up.
