Rosie Wheeler, family friend of Betty Cooper, is a kind-hearted girl who could never hurt a soul.

Growing up she was told that in order to be loved, she needed to be perfect.

With people all around her feeding her lies she feel unloved until a certain tall serpent is mesmerized by her innocent smile and decides to show her how much love she deserves.
