However, Dreamland is stuck in ruin as a war with another planet has taken the life of King Dedede. As Escargoon mourns his fallen lover he is tasked with becoming the new King of Dreamland. Though Escargoon has a plan, a plan involving a robot that looks eerily familiar.... Sooo.... This is gonna be a dedesuka fic. This is my first time writing a fanfiction so I hope it goes well. This is also an AU so it might line up with the canon but I definitely don't want this to ever happen to Escargoon. So this story is gonna talk about death so be warned. If your looking for a fluffy dedesuka experience this probably isn't the place to go but maybe I'll do some more fluffy one shots in the future. Also btw the cover art was done by me :3Complete
