Elise lives in a world where someone understanding her or helping "fix" her is pure delusion. In fact the whole concept of improving leaves a bitter taste in her mouth. She's come to terms that no one can help.. With her parents always overseas expanding their company, and her brother off at college there is no one there for her, literally.

Earl is the definition of happiness. With an average appearance and one of the highest ranking at school he brings the words ray full of sunshine to life. But on what's on the outside, doesn't necessarily reflect what's on the inside. Demon's claw away at his skin bursting at the seams ready to take control of his life at any moment and he feels helpless.
Will these two find a way to live or will the darkness inside of them take over and bring a game over..?
