Zoe's anxiety has been, well, not nonexistent, but she was probably the least worried she'd ever been about it. When panic attacks did come, her chummy Louise and her boyfriend Alfie were there to help. And they made it better. But at playlist Zoe finds out that someone has taken a bit too much interest in her life. And they don't have good intentions.

As time goes on, the notes, showing up on hotel doors and in bags, of all places, go from insulting to threatening, and the stalker even goes so far as to prove they can carry out their actions.

The panic gets so bad they think it might kill them all, despite the fact that if they don't find this monster soon they're as good as dead anyway.
