Sherlock is being suspicious but that wasn't unusual for John. After a while John notices something change with Sherlock and decides to talk to Mycroft to get more answers. Mycroft knows whats wrong with Sherlock but was promised not to tell anyone. Then he notices a letter on Mycroft's desk written from Greg which intrigues him.
