This is a story that started with my oldest daughter in the hospital - she was in there for a while and we were kicking around the fact that she liked sherbet, and then that was a funny word -so we came up with a character based on the fact that sherbet is funny sounding - and came up with a detective who is in his late teens, kicked out of his rich home and has uncanny powers....
