Bexley Westbay is quite insane. Or, at least, that's what everyone thinks and she's happy of it. When she and 99 other delinquents from the Ark are sent to the ground, she has one thought in mind: stay alive no matter the cost. And in order to do that, you can't let anyone or anything get in your way. What better way to accomplish that than have everyone think your crazy? And, perhaps, she believes it herself.

Katherine was awaiting her 18th birthday to be executed for her crimes but was instead told that she and 99 other teenager prisoners were being sent to Earth for the first time in 97 years since the nuclear apocalypse.
