I believe that everyone has a choice regarding thier own beliefs. From the time we set foot on this Earth, stories of higher beings, gods and goddesses, creatures of the night and mythical beasts were said to roam just beyond The Veil. 

The veil that keeps them in and more importantly, keeps us out.

With time passing and the veil growing weaker, creatures began to slip between the cracks. The 3 goddesses, protecters of the veil, have come and put their trust in us.

And for the most part, I believe thier choice was rather...questionable...
