In another universe, Keith is a necromancer and Lance is a werewolf. The Galra's goal is to capture and control anyone with 'unnatural' abilities to "create stability" and crush rebellions against the Galran Empire before they begin. Keith and Lance travel across the universe together, visiting different planets and meeting all sorts of allies and enemies along the way.


(Currently, this isn't a cohesive story, but moments and separate scenes inspired by this prompt. Each chapter is a separate moment that could happen along this proposed AU storyline.)

They rarely spoke to each other and only knew things about each other that they told the whole team, Shiro, Pidge, Hunk, Coran and Allura. They were always off doing their own things and never did things together unless it was for a mission. On such a mission the team got split up. Hunk and Pidge went to a different planet to help people, and so did Coran and Allura. Shiro, Keith and Lance go on another mission to a planet where no one lives. They need to find a special living plant on the planet to make the Cryogenic Pods work properly again. Shiro choose the two boys because they always fought, but he hopes they won't now.
