"Everything starts with a wish..."
Dalawa lang naman ang plano ko bago tumungtong ng university.
Una, maging "shadow". Hindi ito yung parang emo na magtatago lang sa isang sulok tapos magpapatugtog ng mga kantahan ng My Chemical Romance at Chicosci. Ito yung shadow na tahimik lang sa isang gilid. Yung parang observer lang. Masyado na kasi ako nabigyan ng spotlight nung highschool kaya gusto ko naman ng mas tahimik na buhay.
Pangalawa, gusto kong matupad yung mala-anime na fantasy ko: ang maging pinaka maimpluwensyang lalake sa buong campus at makapartner yung pinaka maimpluwensyang babae, King and Queen.
You can say that I'm a geek. Kasi nga, mahilig akong mangolekta ng mga impormasyon tungkol sa mga bagay na para sakin ay interesting tulad ng video games, anime, movies o kahit sa mga academic subjects.
Kaya naman expected na sa pagpasok ko sa universty, magiging automatic na sakin ang mabansagang teacher's pet.
You read that right. Hindi kasi ako yung mahiyaing geek na tahimik lang sa isang tabi. Ako yung geek na kayang gumanap ng dalawang papel sa klase. Yung gugustuhin o yung kaaasaran ng teacher.
I can be the teacher's pet kasi napapadali ko ang klase kapag ako ang nagrereport. Yung tipong uupo ka na lang para hangaan ang galing ko sa pagre-report. Very active din ako kaya walang lag time pag naghahanap ng sasagot sa mga tanong mong di mo pa natuturo.
Pero.
Ako din yung pinaka-kaaasaran mong estudyante. Kasi, pagpasok na pagpasok mo palang sa kwarto, bago mo pa maibaba ang mga gamit mo ay nakataas na ang kamay ko para magtanong kung ano ang lesson natin ngayon. When in fact, nabasa ko na yung lesson, 3 chapters ahead with matching research sa encylopedia at almanac. Kaya alam mo na dedo ka kapag di ka nakasagot sa mga tanong ko.
Ganyan akong klase ng estudyante. I know I'm an asshole. Kung anong dahilan?
