It's November of 2051, nobody has heard anything about the government since the election
Takumi walks into trouble, but it's not his fault. The people of Japan are trapped and need help. The president of Japan has got all the power up to his head and needs help getting back to his senses. He has been blackmailing, murdering, poisoning and doing all that he can for something that he doesn't need.
