However, a few remained, but being under the continual influence of heavy nuclear smog, an after effect of the war, had triggered the dormant part of their brains that held their true powers, powers that were long ago sealed to keep mankind safe. Yet their powers varied based on the influence of the constellation an individual was born under, their zodiac sign.
Delia, a clumsy girl trying hard to gain her father Major General Conrad's approval, along with her best friend Sage will try to unravel the mysteries behind the way the kingdom of Stella Regno works.

Maybe they found each other when they are children and became friends. One day the King and Queen called all of the them to do something for them.
