Muhammad, thirty five years old with a wife and four kids wants to marry the daughter of his late father's dearest friend, Lubna, The fair Fulani beauty.

While Muhammad tries his best to keep the promise he made to Lubna's Father, his wife vows to make her life hell on earth.

But time waits for no one, does it? It comes and it goes.
Taking with it sometimes, our tears and sorrows,
Throwing in smiles and joy.

Other times, it takes away the laughter and buries it somewhere deep in its sands,
carrying on its tail a whole sack of tears and heartbreak.

But sands will remain sands
And sometime, when the time comes again,
It brings back that which it took.
On its trail this time,
Tales of happy rains and Sunny days.

This book tells the story of a mother.
It is dedicated to all mothers.

She tried to step aside but he slammed his palms against the tree trunk, shoving her against it. "You said anything." She realized what he meant and nearly fell back. "No! I didn't mean that. You-you can't." "Give me your brother then." Her eyes welled up with tears. "P-please. I've never- I can't." "Anything." "We're not married." He laughed at that. "We don't have to be." She met his gaze and buried her face slightly in Ruhayl's hair. It was amazing how silent that kid was. "I-I don't-" He took a step back and shrugged. He wasn't one to force himself on a girl. His ways were malicious but he loathed the idea of rape. "All right. Fine. Let's play a game then." Her eyes narrowed in suspicion. "A game?" "If you survive, I'll consider sparing your brothers. If you lose, you will give me what I want willingly. Simple." He smirked. In both cases, he would win. Poor Ruwaida Mahmoud had to get married to her friend's brother, Turaad, a rich sophisticated Doctor not knowing she had signed a contract to save her life! _______________________________ Her eyes tinged with tears the moment she raised her head to look at him. All the while he spent talking to her, she had her head down, staring endlessly at her hands. His words filled with a sincerity which he had shown broke her to pieces. The most she could do was smile at him. Even if she wanted to, her words wouldn't be able to make sense. She had so much to say, so much to let out, but then, her vocals refused to let her. He held both her hands and smiled back, his other hand on the small hospital bed she had laid. "You scared me Waida, I almost passed out seeing you being trolled back into the ICU you know," He said, and laughed, ducking his head low, as the way he had acted replayed in his memory. She also chortled silently, not minding the tears that refused to stop, moments like this, always left her emotional. "I did? But I'm fine now ain't I," she asked and he placed a hand on his forehead, his overdramatic wife mode had just been turned on. "Yes you're, but please don't ever do that again," he said with a stern face. "Promise me," With an absentminded look in her eyes, she nodded and gave a quick reply. "Yes Muhammad, I promise," Love_ Silentwriter ☕️
