As the world advances, so has the creatures that live there. Ninety percent of the population have developed powers, called wonders. These range from a variety of possibilities. Some even transform the person, leaving them with the nontraditional human body.
With powers on the rise, heros and villains are bound to surface. Schools have opened in hopes for young Wonder wielders to gain a hero perspective instead of that of a villain. However as a new group of students enters into the most prestigious hero academy, a group of villains rises to make everyone's life a living hell.
