«"Tim. Leave." The handsome stranger interrupts and I'm grateful for it. I step forward again, equaling the space between the two men, my heart beating erratically in my chest because of the situation I've somehow gotten myself into.
"Okay, okay. I'm leaving." Tim announces, taking another swig of his solo cup with what is obviously filled with alcohol.
"Hey, thanks for that." I say, looking back into the strangers amazing blue eyes.
"No problem, drunk people can get annoying and perverted. I wouldn't want a kind lady like yourself to fall victim to that." A smirk graces the handsome guy's face and I blush a little.
"You don't look drunk but are you sure you're not?" I reply, unable to think straight from my flustered mind.

But turns out my last words we're utterly useless. How I got here? Coping with her father's death was one thing and being involved in dirty work is another. Add a bad boy to fall for on her plate and things can't be more messed up. She tries to start a new life but ghosts from her past just aren't ready to leave her. Question is, can she make it through and have a happy ending or not?
