It was on one lonely night when I decided to write this. I had no clear concept of what I wanted, except that I wanted it to reflect my personality at its full potential. I’m not a fan of labels, but I have often been described as introverted, shy, quiet, and strange. Strange because of my way of thinking, the way I see things. Frankly, I don’t understand the problem, but to each his own. I just hope that someday, someone can appreciate the art of the written word as much as I can. I hope it is someone who I can share my thoughts with, and who will share his/her thoughts with me; no boundaries, just the love of writing. Throughout my life, I have suffered from many blows to the heart: rejection, my parents’ divorce, and although I have felt down at times, I always find comfort in my notebook, in a blank document.

Having emotions is nice. Falling in love with someone is beautiful per say, no? Growing up,she always wanted her parents to just love her. How could they? Her parents wanted her to carry their name down the line with great respect, but first she would have to sacrifice everything just for them to accept her as their own. As she became the woman that her parents wanted, she does whatever she can to surpass their expectations, not caring anymore if they even loved her.... but how could they love her if she couldn't even love. As time goes on,she meets someone that gets her thinking, someone that she likes keeping around her. His family always loved him, he had to continue his tree and step up the throne as his father wanted. No emotions whatsoever.... They were deleted. He has to marry someone soon just to shut his father up. If he were to marry he wanted someone that was just as him... someone that seemed that no one knew her. The day he meets her he wanted her to be around him all the time... it was comforting per say. Running away to a small town nearby was not the best idea you could have ever come up with, but it served well as the town agreed to keep you and put you to work. Mainly with hand-to-hand combat training. You were never allowed to do anything of the sort when at the hands of your mother, so it was nice for a change. But what were they training you for? The war. No one knew you were the princess, and they were expecting to have you frontline back into the kingdom you tried so hard to escape from to fight in the war. Escaping now to anywhere else in the world seemed to be the only good option. One person in particular wasn't going to let you do that. I may just be a girl. No one special. Nothing compared to others. In the eyes of the universe, I am just a little speck of dust. My light may not shine very bright, and it may not be of any use, but I am me. Writing is my only escape out of this world. I cry rivers of ink and climb mountains of words.
