The famous Fab Four bass player passed out in the middle of a song yesterday evening, to the shock of the fans, as well as the other band members, John Lennon, George Harrison, and RIngo Starr. Several of them were screaming bloody murder (due to the excitement of the fallen Beatle or because they were being pushed and shoved was unknown). "Paul McCartney! It's him!" they shrieked in utter amazement as they ripped at his hair and his clothes.... The year is 1964, and The Beatles have made it big...maybe a little too big, for, everywhere they go, they're ambushed by fan girls. Usually, the lads from Liverpool are quicker than the crowd, but, one day, the fans happen to grab a hold of none other than The Beatles' bassist, Paul McCartney, effectively beating his body and mind to a pulp. This angst/hurt comfort story tells the tale of Paul McCartney, who has been scarred by the brutality of his attack, and his three friends, John Lennon, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr, who are trying their best to help Paul and his paranoid state of mind. Will the three friends help Paul? Or will they only make his situation worse? If so, will Paul go so far as to quit being a Beatle? Read "I'll Cry Instead" to find out! When Charlene wakes up she meets the Beatles - the sweet, funny Ringo Starr, the perverted John Lennon, the cute, baby faced Paul McCartney and the shy, quiet, gorgeous, allways hungry and extremely drunk George Harrison. She's in Liverpool too, when a few hours previously she had been in Galway. How did that happen? That's the least of her worries though, her biggest concern is she's stuck in the year 1962! What the hell happened there? Another thing, she's falling head over heels for George, lucky for her George returns the feelings. Char misses her family, but doesn't want to leave George. What will she do? How will she even get back to her time? In the mean time, how will the Beatlemaniacs react? Once they know George is no longer available? Will this story have a happy or sad ending?
