All her life, Tadia Wilkes has felt like her story was in the shadow of her perfect sister Nadia. In terms of looks, brains, and popularity, Tadia always felt she could never measure up to Nadia in her mother's eyes. Tadia hopes to gain her mother's approval by staying committed to working at the family diner Wilke's Way. Despite this, her mother constantly talks about Nadia's success as a famous talk show host for Wake Up with Wilkes. So when word spreads throughout Adler that Nadia is coming to do a documentary series about how she got her start, Tadia laments that her sister will be the center of attention yet again. Tired of being shown up by Nadia and overlooked by her mother, Tadia reflects on the choices she made in the past and whether they were worth it to make her mother proud.
