Queen of Penury

Jem was born into a life of extreme poverty. Kramer was the daughter of the king's captain of the guard, living on the edge of luxury. When her father is accused of treason, she is forced to join the squalid world Jem was so accustomed to. The worlds of Jem and Kramer collide, and a battle for dominance begins that lands them in a situation impossible to get out of. Through all this, they combat royalty, gangs, and growing feelings for each other.
