Every night, I've looked out my window, just watching for it. They say the monster you see is better than the monster you don't. But, no one who's seen this monster has been able to describe it for us. No one's survived to. For some reason though, I can't help but look. I bet that's why the tourists don't come back from the woods, because they can't stop themselves from looking. That's how it catches them. I hope it doesn't catch me.

I lived alone in a new apartment and my shy, creepy neighbour gave me uncomfortable goosebumps from the beginning. He was repulsive and fascinating at the same time. However, he seemed to like me, at least my scent. But he didn't look at me or talk to me. What the hell was that supposed to be? At first unsettled, but soon more and more self-confident, I started a game that I had no sense of how much it would drive me crazy...

Summer woke up one morning and felt that there was something strange about the people around her. She finds that her parents always come to her bedside in the middle of the night without a sound, watching over her with expressionless faces, only to leave at dawn. Everyone around here looks like they are wearing a mask, whether they are crying or laughing, there is an unspeakable weirdness on their faces. The memories that have disappeared from her mind, the mysterious blood-coloured messages in her diary, the scary ghostly face on the window... A stranger covered in blood came to the door that day. "This is no place for the living, come with me and leave before it's too late..." Should she believe him?

"WE NEED TO FUCKING CATCH HIM!" the bastard running behind me, yelled to his partner. It was was the middle of the night, I was running away, not caring about anything but getting myself out of this mess. I turned left and kept running as fast as I could, I've never been in this neighbourhood before. I looked around searching for any escape when I spotted an open window, fuck yeah. It was a bit high but I could manage. I climbed one of the trees close enough to the window and got in, It was a dark room, I looked around and almost choke on my own saliva from the shock. A little girl was sleeping peacefully on her small bed... ♡♡︎♡︎ She was the quiet girl, a nobody. He was the opposite a criminal, a well known one...He saw her just once and couldn't get her out of his mind.

To my surprise, he looked up and our eyes met. Embarrassed, I quickly closed the window, feeling a rush of heat on my cheeks. I hadn't expected him to notice me observing him.

A feared mafia boss known as the Angel of Death...What will happen when their paths cross?

"Um, Ma? Where are you?" Suddenly Ferns dark grey bedroom curtains open to reveal a very excited looking mother. This can't be good. Nothing good ever happens when someone appears from behind curtains. "Mother, I don't think I want to go--hey!" Fern pretested but was cut off by her mother pulling her into the curtains. But oh man, mother was right. It most certainly was not an old hag. The exact opposite really. Standing outside, across the road at the newly bought house was one attractive man, minus a shirt and add some sexy muscles covered in sweat from hauling furniture and that equals one drooling girl and a perverted mother for checking the man out.
