Seventeen year old Annabelle Lopez is still to get over the loss of her best friend, Rina, who was like a sister. While Annabelle's eldest brother, Dexter, is being taught the ropes of their shady business, Annabelle and and Rina are taking the drag racing world by storm. Somewhere in the middle, Annabelle introduces Dexter to drag racing, but she decides to quit after the unfortunate accident that took Rina. Three years later, Annabelle can't keep away from drag racing for much longer when she meets Dexter's friend, Chris.
