Whole Or Broken

A shy 14 year old freshman girl, Hope Dinstraw starts high school more shy than she has ever been before. Her best friend Marie but Mia for short has a boyfriend Garren who Hope doesn't like, but she tries to be supportive and always lets him hang out with her and Marie at school. But before Hope realizes it, she has a huge crush on a guy in her gym and science class, Nick. But she is way to shy to talk to him and besides he has a girlfriend, Opal. Hope thinks Opal is prettier than her and that she will never be pretty or brave enough to be Nicks girlfriend. But that doesn't stop her from staring at Nick all the time. By the end of the year will her heart be whole or will it be broken?
