~Based on real events~ Allison Rainer is a shy, sweet, innocent good girl that lives in Dallas, Texas. She got perfect grades, she wasn't that popular but everyone knew who she was and got along with her, she never got in trouble, but then again what was there to get in trouble for when all she did was watch Netflix and study all day, every day? Matthew Rogers is your typical guy. He's smart, funny, and a bit arrogant at times. He knows he's hot an he has girls swooning over him but he's too absorbed in his school work to have a girlfriend. Matthew isn't a player known for his sexy looks and one night stands, oh no. He's never even had a girlfriend. But one day when one of Allison's best friends, Leslie Simon, invites her to play a harmless game of Truth or Dare, everything is turned around for Allison and Matthew. But there's something that Leslie hasn't told Allison about him. Will they set aside their differences and just stay friends, or something more. This is only a bit cliche at times, but other than that, there's the real life story of my reactions to romance. It's a great book, just give it a try;)

When Ava and her friends decide to play their own version of "Truth or Dare", Ava winds up kissing someone she never expected... and wanting more? --STORY SAMPLE: When I was closer than a foot from him, I tapped him on the shoulder. He turned around and smiled. Oh my lord. This guy was even hotter up close. I shoved all the thoughts from my head and said "Hi. My name's Ava." He smiled again and said "Nice to meet you. I'm Zander." That's all he could say before I kissed him. He immediately tensed up, but then he did something I didn't expect. He kissed me back and grabbed my waist, pulling me closer. I opened my mouth a little in shock, and his tongue went in my mouth. He tasted like rainwater and peppermint. Despite myself, I moaned a little when he deepened the kiss even further. After what felt like 2 hours, we broke apart. "I'm sorry," he said blushing a little "but it just kinda clicked." he explained, rubbing the back of his neck. "It's okay." I said, also starting to blush a little. For 2 minutes the awkward just settled between us, and I swear it was tangible. He broke the silence first, finally meeting my eyes and not staring at his high-tops. "So...", he started and chuckled nervously "Could I get your number?" I stared at him for a second wondering if it would even be a good idea, when he said "I know we don't know each other, but I felt fireworks just now, and even if we don't go on a date, I'd love to see you again." Erin and Stiles have been friends forever. Literally, since being in the womb.
