Mermaids have always lived in pods of 16-20 at a time, they we're widely spread out around Florida, some of them even let their scales dry and turned into human to live on land, humans have never known of these creatures, though something happened to make these Mermaid pods separate and go into hiding, but the question is, what?

"Are you stalking me?" His deep voice asked. "You wish, that would mean I actually thought about you enough to wonder where you are." I looked away smugly. Max moved closer to me until his face was right in front of mine. "You're saying you don't think about me?" He smirked, fully knowing what the proximity was doing to me. "I don't, why? Did you want me to?" I Regained my composure as I moved even closer, our lips nearly touching. ~~~ Alexa is a normal girl who just wanted to get through school without any trouble. At least it wasn't vampires. That was Angelica's only consolation as she sat beside the bath. She glanced the boy lounging in the bath and playing with the bubbles. How did it come to this?
