He unleashes a dragon from one of the Pandora Boxes, which seems to love snacks such as stone, gods, mortals... almost anything it can grasp. After the dragon gulped down the entire pantheon where Kronos stored his scythe, Kronos becomes the laughing stock of the Gods. The scythe is the source of power that makes him savage and spiteful. Without it, he is nothing but a lame being, courteous and complaisant. Imagine a lion that has been scrapped off its dignity, which has now become a kitten that doesn't even have a toy to play with. He feels that humiliation! Hekate, the Goddess of Magic, agrees to summon a party to retrieve his totem. Four children are chosen and tossed into worlds they could only imagine, chasing after the scythe that can't seem to stay put. The gods expect them to fail, providing another stab at Kronos.
