Twelfth Night

Juliet Wingate is the mistress of Easton Court, seat of the Earls of Eastonbury. However, she is not a Wingate herself; she is merely the older half-sister of the heir, her brother Jeremy, who leaves the estate's precarious financial situation in her hands as he goes off to Oxford in order to game, whore, and drink. Juliet knows that when Jeremy marries, he will get rid of her. And in the meantime, it is all she can do to prevent him from ruining the only stable home she has ever known.
