Cowboy to never let go

Its a Cowboy who has is own ranch that he has had for many generations, his name is Conrad. and there's a girl her name is Grace who does biography for family ranches. There are brothers and then there is a woman which is the main character aka Grace's best friend since they were in there childhood years. The best friend her name is Isabella but people that she has known for a while call her Isa. Isabella has a daughter her name is Alice. Grace had a ex and he stole Graces thriller her first book and now he is running out of time to get another book. Grace gives part of the second book but he has to finish it himself and the only reason why is because he threatened her and everyone on the ranch about something she found out but was not going to put it in the biography.
