En la editorial "Coffe and late" se presentara uno de los proyectos mas grandes y arriesgados de la editorial, pues se tiene como objetivo el convertir 4 titulos en "Bestseller" la diferencia de estos libros a los demás, es que estas son de temática BL, consiguiendo asi tener los primeros "Bestseller" con dicha temática. Para conseguir este objetivo, la directora Sofia Rushborth mandara a sus dos mejores editores Lucke Schuyler un editor de 26 años que fue abandonado en el altar tras una relación amorosa más que fallida, dejando su ciudad llegando a Nueva York como manera de superar dicha relación después de salir de un periodo de 6 meses en depresión llegando a la editorial como trabajo perfecto para dicho objetivo, teniendo el segundo lugar en ventas pues su competidor quien hara equipo con el segundo editor ocupante del primer lugar en ventas, Blake Huddson un editor con 29 años de edad, teniendo datos pocos conocidos del por que llego a la editorial, pues siendo la representación del típico chico "casanova" que por "dentro" se encuentra una persona diferente a la que muestra la sociedad, no ha revelado muchos mas datos de su identidad, siendo el contrincante de Lucke mostrándose invicto pese a las circunstancias que el contrario ha mostrado en su estancia dentro de la editorial.
Ambos tendrán que dejar la competición de lado y concentrarse en dicho proyecto impuesto por la directora Rushborth. Junto con un temblor que hace que sus vidas den un giro de 180º.
