Street racing is one of the most intense, hardcore underground scenes around. In the 90's , American teenagers began trading in their gas guzzing muscle cars for lighter and more powerful imports. Our story takes place in the mountains of Santa Monica in California, where a group of street racers try to keep their dominance in their turf.
