Carter Marie Kennedy, formally Carter Marie Wesker, has seen many Bioterror attacks, and the results of them, in her lifetime. Starting from her own birth and at the hands of her father, Albert Wesker. After the disasters of Tall Oaks and Tatchi, in 2013, she thought she was done with fighting bioterror, ready to settle in and raise her family with her husband, Leon Kennedy. But, in 2014, she is called in by the New Umbrella to go investigate the happenings at the Baker Residence.
