After the events of the Four Sword manga, in an alternate universe, Vio works as a psychologist and a therapist for a patient-a man named Shadow-that's been tried for multiple murders, is always in a straitjacket and swears he knew Vio in another life where they were both romantically involved with each other. Of course, none of this can be true-Vio's new patient is mentally ill, he doesn't know what's he talking about. But Vio doesn't know the truth about this mental institution or the truth behind those murders Shadow is supposedly behind. Unfortunately, he's going to have to learn.
