Or: Lance makes the mistake of telling his mom he has a boyfriend coming home with him for Christmas. Keith makes the mistake of agreeing to be Lance's 'fake boyfriend'

Out of all the things is mother could have forced on him, she chose this? Why? Lance would have done anything, and I mean anything, if he didn't have to go away. If he didn't have to leave his home. But there was no going back on this, he had to go to America now- despite his protests he had to. Lance. A seventeen year old Cuban boy with a dark, and solemn past- who also happens to be a big brother to five younger siblings. Keith always had a hard time interacting with others but then he met Lance who always seemed so carefree and compassionate. Naturally, he was at a complete loss and even more so when he finds out... ...I feel like I overdid this description... This is what happens when I procrastinate... Also just a note I actually started writing this in 2017... I mean, shouldn't be too much of an issue unless you're extremely nitpicky about the most minor details that may have changed with the release of newer seasons not sure because I still need to go back and check what I wrote lol but hey it's an AU as well so anything goes really (kind of)...
