Italy never fell in love with someone or another nation since the disappearance of Holy Roam Empire, but his feelings towards Germany grows more an more each day but doesn't know how to express it or confess his love towards Germany who might not feel the same way. While Germany who as well developed feelings for Italy wasn't sure if he could tell him how he really feels about him or maybe he didn't feel the same way, but an unexpected event towards the time where these two lovers comes together an confess their ever dying love for each other may break them apart.
This story was made up in my mind. This was inspired by the creator(s) of Hetalia. This does not happen in the anime or manga, this is fan made. Even the cover is not my art but off Pinterest.
